About the position

The Pipeline Integrity Supervisor at Metalogic Inspection Services is a leadership role focused on managing the Pipeline Integrity team. This position emphasizes a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, providing support, coaching, and guidance to ensure a culture of teamwork and innovation. The supervisor will work closely with customers to understand their integrity programs and lead initiatives in technology innovation and training development.

Responsibilities

• Pursues growth opportunities through continuous engagement with current and potential clients.
• Leads Metalogic's technical and R&D teams on continuous technology innovation.
• Leads the development and enhancement of training infrastructure.
• Manages all activities associated with the pipeline integrity department, including economic performance and growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the pipeline maintenance industry.
• NDT certification(s) or Engineering degree.
• Comprehensive understanding of I.L.I. tool abilities/limitations and direct assessment correlation.
• Knowledge of pipeline repairs and quality control.
• Experience in excavation data collection, reporting, and information management.
• Familiarity with advanced NDT technology and applications.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel & Word.
