About the position
Lucci's Pizza is seeking passionate individuals for the roles of Pizza Chef and Line Cook. The positions are available for both full-time and part-time employment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas and other Italian dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizza according to our recipes and standards
- Ensure quality and consistency of pizzas, handling dough and toppings with care
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Work with speed and accuracy during high-demand hours
- Prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and handle kitchen equipment
- Assist in preparing salads, pasta, sandwiches, and more
- Keep the prep and cook areas clean and organized
- Work efficiently and follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pizza shop or restaurant kitchen is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
