About the position
As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish. You will create dough, sauce, and toppings from scratch using fresh ingredients. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while adhering to all health and safety regulations is crucial. You will also manage inventory and order supplies as needed, assist in menu development, and create new pizza recipes. During peak hours, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation and delivery is essential. Collaboration with other kitchen staff and front-of-house team members is expected.
