As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas that meet our restaurant's standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored, adhering to food handling safety standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and cutting tools with proficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
• Assist in menu development by contributing new pizza recipes or variations.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

Requirements

• Culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Fine dining experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in food service and kitchen experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient knife skills for efficient ingredient preparation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
