About the position

Infosys is seeking a PL/SQL Developer with expertise in healthcare, specifically in the Facets system and Informatica. This role involves interfacing with key stakeholders and contributing to various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements elicitation, application architecture, and design. The developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality code, leading validation for testing, and supporting implementation and transition activities. The position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing and support implementation activities.
• Develop customized solutions to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
• Manage daily support and maintenance, ensuring compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and other developers to design cohesive project strategies.
• Mentor junior development team members and drive them towards results.
• Work as part of a development team with hands-on programming and design skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 6 years of Information Technology experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Informatica and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of Healthcare Payer Domain, including Claims, Membership, Billing, Provider, Capitation, and UM modules in TriZetto Facets.
• Proficient in data profiling, data modeling, and ETL skills.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and troubleshooting API integration code.
• Familiarity with GitHub and other source control tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in developing applications using PL/SQL with ETL and .NET technologies.
• Knowledge of Facets Data Model and Facets Core Batch Jobs.
• Experience in Unix, Python, and Java is a plus.
• Experience with Healthcare EDI is a plus.
