About the position

The PL/SQL Developer will be responsible for coding and modifying websites and web applications according to client specifications. This full-time position requires collaboration with internal teams and participation in requirements analysis, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements analysis
• Take direction from senior developers
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce software
• Write clean, scalable code
• Perform unit tests and prepare applications for deployment
• Revise, update, refactor, and debug code
• Improve existing software
• Create documentation as required
• Provide production support
• Provide third tier support to the help desk on assigned weekends and holidays if needed
• Ability to work remotely and/or on-site

Requirements

• 5 years or more of proven experience as a PL/SQL Application Developer using Toad, SQL
• Ability to create views, packages, functions, and stored procedures
• Ability to work with collections
• Ability to work with async processes
• Interpret execution plans and optimize queries and functions
• Ability to create complex DML and debug
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Attention to detail is of the utmost importance
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of development experience
