About the position

The Placement Recruitment Specialist is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing candidates for various positions within the Nanny Poppins Agency. This role involves developing job descriptions, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and building relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. The specialist will utilize various recruitment tools and methods to ensure a successful hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
  • Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience.
  • Act as an account manager and build influential client and candidate relationships.

Requirements

  • 3 years direct sales experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to obtain weekly metrics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Docs and Google Sheets.
