We are actively interviewing for a Plaintiff Personal Injury Legal Assistant position in Pittsburgh, PA. This role is ideal for candidates with 5-7 years of experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury or Workers' Compensation law. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with a new attorney in a supportive work environment, showcasing their skills and contributing to the firm's mission of helping clients during challenging times. The position is full-time and will initially require on-site work, with the potential for a hybrid work model (2-3 days remote) after training and demonstration of reliability. The responsibilities of this role include managing phone calls and mail, preparing and producing legal documents, requesting medical records, filing pleadings with state and federal courts, managing WCAIS filings and calendars, performing data entry, and scheduling depositions and mediations.
