About the position

The Plaintiff Attorney position at GPac is a full-time role based in Houston, TX, aimed at experienced legal professionals with a focus on personal injury law. The attorney will handle a diverse docket of personal injury plaintiff cases, providing strategic legal advice and representation in litigation. Responsibilities

• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions, and briefs to support plaintiffs' strategies.
• Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports, and other services to clients.
• Go to trial when it is not in the clients' best interest to accept a settlement.
• Manage a litigation caseload of 30-40 cases in personal injury and commercial docket.

Requirements

• 5+ years of personal injury and/or commercial plaintiff's experience.
• Strong ability to see the big picture and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Trial experience and a knack for providing strategic legal advice.
