About the position
Join one of Houston's most prestigious law firms as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney, dedicated to advocating for justice and securing favorable outcomes for clients. This role is focused on personal injury law, requiring a passionate and motivated individual to represent clients through all stages of their cases, from initial consultation to trial.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial.
- Work on both pre-litigation and litigation aspects of cases.
- Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of case management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
- Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Texas (or willingness to obtain licensure).
- Strong background in personal injury law preferred.
- For 1st-year attorneys: impressive academic background and/or relevant experience.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
