About the position

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney to join our talented team. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on personal injury law, where you will represent clients from initial consultation through trial, making a significant impact in their cases.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial.
• Work on both pre-litigation and litigation aspects of the cases.
• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of case management.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (or willingness to obtain licensure).
• Strong background in personal injury law preferred.
• For 1st-year attorneys: impressive academic background and/or relevant experience.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
