About the position

The Customer Supply Chain Planner plays a crucial role in ensuring that customer expectations are met while optimizing the supply chain processes within Mark Anthony. This position serves as the primary liaison between the Sales team and Supply Chain, ensuring that the right products are delivered at the right time. The planner is responsible for managing the order to cash process, which encompasses day-to-day operations and addressing any order-related inquiries from Sales and Distributors. This role requires a proactive approach to monitor SKU movement and inventory levels, providing recommendations on orders, and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. In addition to operational responsibilities, the Customer Supply Chain Planner is tasked with developing and strengthening relationships with distributors. This involves collaborating with the Sales team to support strategic initiatives aimed at promoting product depletions and driving growth across the customer base. The planner must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills.
