About the position

The Planner at Capezio is responsible for managing inventory needs and ensuring that stock levels align with business demands and budget constraints. This role involves analyzing sales opportunities, providing strategic insights for product demand management, and collaborating with various teams to optimize supply chain processes. The Planner will report to the Global Inventory Planner Manager and play a crucial role in supporting the company's production planning efforts.

Responsibilities

• Review and process replenishment orders for key accounts.
• Work closely with the Sourcing Team to place orders with suppliers and assist in logistics/supply chain aspects.
• Monitor and track order/inventory flow based on lead and delivery times to support forecasted needs.
• Conduct analytics, reporting, and trend analysis; present findings to key management by product category, sales channel, and geographic trends.
• Provide the Sales Team with weekly reports.
• Build and update style ladder plans that adhere to the agreed sales plan and purchasing budget.
• Collaborate with sales teams to refine forecasts by business channel.
• Partner with the Marketing/Ecommerce team to analyze sales trends on the DTC website.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of planning experience.
• Experience with wholesale and consumer sales analytics and incorporated buying strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP planning or reporting systems is a plus.
• Apparel and/or Footwear planning experience is a plus.
• Experience working with marketplace solutions such as Amazon & Walmart is a plus.
