The Planning, Design and Construction Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Planning, Design, and Construction management team at University Hospital in Madison, WI. This position involves close collaboration with team members to ensure the smooth execution of various projects. The coordinator will be responsible for tracking and disseminating project-related information, including meeting minutes, action items, and decisions, while providing excellent follow-through on assignments. This role is essential in aiding team members with activities related to the procurement of products and services, as well as maintaining current inventory levels. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in scheduling project meetings and preparing necessary materials or presentations, ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to effectively navigate the complexities of project coordination. They should be comfortable working with various software tools to maintain project data and be willing to travel to all UW Health locations as needed. Experience in reading building plans is preferred, as is a background in the signage or graphic design industry.
