About the position

The Plans Review Librarian is responsible for maintaining the Electronic Plan Review Library and providing support to both internal and external users of the Electronic Plan Review system. This role involves administering electronic plan review processes, coordinating user training, managing electronic plan submissions, and troubleshooting system issues.

Responsibilities

• Administers the setup, configuration and processing of electronic plan review submittals in the ProjectDox and Land Management system software systems.
• Provides direct support to external users of ProjectDox, including coordination, instructions, and training on proper utilization of the electronic plan review system.
• Provides direct support to internal users of ProjectDox, including coordination, instructions, and training on the process and procedures for utilization of the electronic plan review systems.
• Coordinates the processing of electronic plans through the ProjectDox and Land Management systems from initial submission to final approval and archival.
• Manages, audits, and prepares reports on electronic plan review activity.
• Troubleshoots and helps resolve issues encountered in the day-to-day electronic plan review operations in ProjectDox and associated systems.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates degree with a major in Computer Technology, Business Systems or related fields.
• Two (2) years of Electronic Data, Document Management and/or Land Management Applications experience.
• A current and valid Florida driver's license is required.
