About The Position
The Plant Continuous Improvement Manager at Niagara Bottling is responsible for managing the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies within a manufacturing plant. This role focuses on evaluating existing processes to identify opportunities for quality and efficiency improvements, as well as cost-saving measures.
