About The Position
The Plant Controller position at Refresco is a critical role responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial results while safeguarding plant assets. This position is integral to the Operations Management team, providing financial leadership and support to the Plant Management team. The Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with internal controls and corporate policies, while also managing a team responsible for day-to-day accounting and inventory control.
