About the position

The Plant Controller at Select-Arc Inc. is a key financial role responsible for overseeing cost accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis within a manufacturing environment. This position reports directly to the Corporate CFO and requires a candidate with a solid background in accounting and finance, particularly in manufacturing, to help improve financial results through effective analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting processes and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Assist with accounts payable functions to maintain financial integrity.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• CPA certification is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey financial information.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
