About The Position
The Plant Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial results while safeguarding plant assets in a complex manufacturing environment. This role involves providing financial leadership to the Plant Management team, overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as managing direct reports involved in day-to-day accounting and inventory control. The Controller collaborates with various teams to drive operational and financial improvements, ensuring adherence to corporate policies and statutory regulations.
