About The Position
The Plant Controller is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of financial results while safeguarding plant assets in a complex manufacturing environment. This role involves providing financial leadership to the Plant Management team, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with internal controls. The Controller will also manage direct reports involved in day-to-day accounting and inventory control, and collaborate with various teams to drive operational and financial improvements.
