Responsibilities

• Provide timely financial and operational analysis in a dynamic, lean manufacturing environment.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and develop reports for senior management and business partners.
• Manage monthly forecast updates and product cost updates.
• Oversee journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements using BI reporting tools like Tableau.
• Partner with operations management to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for each facility.
• Track operational performance weekly to ensure financial commitments are met.
• Handle month-end closing responsibilities including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
• Review financial results and variances to forecast for completeness.
• Own P&L for various functions and sites including ATL and Erie, PA.
• Identify and track cost-out and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide financial support during Gemba and VDM meetings.
• Coordinate accounting matters with other departments and locations.
• Manage financial internal control environment and support audit requests.
• Assist with product costing requests and system updates.
• Manage capital expenditures and prepare ROI/payback analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years of manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, OneStream, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
