About the position

The Plant HR Manager at Inline Plastics Corp is responsible for implementing and managing HR strategies across all plant departments to enhance operational performance and effectiveness. This role involves leading HR projects, developing recruiting strategies, and fostering an inclusive work environment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement consistent HR strategy across all plant departments.
  • Provide leadership to implement programs, processes, and projects to increase plant operations performance and effectiveness.
  • Lead and implement all HR projects and initiatives consistently across all plant departments.
  • Develop, lead, and implement recruiting strategy to support plant production needs.
  • Implement and manage talent development programs and processes for all plant departments.
  • Provide consultative services and advice to plant leaders to drive performance and growth.
  • Build an inclusive and engaging work environment across all plant departments.
  • Proactively address employee relations issues in a manner that reinforces the company culture.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to improve the HR function.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to Plant Training Coordinator.
  • Coach, develop, lead, and manage the HR team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of human resources experience
  • Minimum 2 years of human resources leadership experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
