About The Position
The General Manager of the processing facility is responsible for overseeing all operations, including management of company assets such as processing equipment and delivery trucks. This role requires coordination among engineering, production, and logistics departments to implement preventative maintenance programs effectively. The General Manager ensures cost-effective and efficient operations while maintaining a safe work environment for all associates, management, vendors, and visitors. Additionally, this position has oversight of all staff and requires effective communication with the customer base.
