About The Position
Kraton Pine Chemical is a worldwide company in the field of tall oil-based specialty chemicals with biorefineries in Europe and the USA and sales units around the world. Our products originate from renewable raw materials from the forest. Products are manufactured without compromise and will contribute to a sustainable future for future generations and will enable our customers to produce environmentally friendly products every day. We contribute to a cleaner, brighter, and safer world. Gersthofen is one of Kraton Pine Chemical's four facilities in Europe with approximately 25 employees. We are looking for a Plant Manager for our factory in Gersthofen, in the Augsburg area in Germany. As a Plant Manager, you will lead development on site within safety and sustainability, quality, production, maintenance, and technology with local support from Supply Chain and regional support from HR and Finance. You will lead and develop the management team.
