Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, managing multiple production runs from beginning to end.
• Ensure processes are optimized for efficiency, quality, and safety, while adapting to frequent changes and updates.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines and shifting requirements.
• Lead a diverse team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and ensure that our services exceed their expectations.
• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing and packaging industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of packaging processes, including familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of implementing innovative solutions to operational challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting to frequent changes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a passion for operational excellence.
