About the position

The position involves managing the daily operations of a department within Havasu Regional Medical Center, ensuring alignment with both departmental and organizational objectives while meeting regulatory requirements. The role includes directing and coordinating the work of the Plant Operations Manager, technicians, engineers, and coordinators, as well as assisting with projects and preventive maintenance as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the assigned department to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational objectives.
• Direct, coordinate, assign, oversee, and provide work direction to the Plant Operations Manager, Techs, Engineers, and Coordinator.
• Assist with projects and preventive maintenance as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training required.
• Certification in area of expertise preferred (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry).
• Bachelor's degree must be obtained within 4 years from hire.
• Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a stressful environment.
