A fundamental aspect of this role is the competency in basic carpentry skills, which includes tasks such as painting, drywall repair, framing, flooring, and other construction-related duties. The ideal candidate for this position will have a high school diploma or its equivalent, along with 1-3 years of related work experience. While an associate's degree or additional training or certification is preferred, it is not mandatory. The Construction Coordinator will work primarily during the day shift and will not be required to work on weekends, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
