About the position
The Plant Recycling Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating and conducting daily operations at the plant to enhance production efficiency, manage costs, and ensure safety compliance. This role involves overseeing inventory management, conducting production activities, and generating reports, all while supporting a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct daily plant operations to improve production and maintain costs.
- Maintain inventory for safety and operational supplies.
- Conduct daily production activities and enter finished goods into inventory.
- Order supplies as needed to support operations.
- Assist with the coordination of workflow and assignments as required.
- Investigate, review, and control the implementation of safety regulations and company policies.
- Create and submit weekly and month-end reports as requested.
- Provide support and direction to less experienced plant employees.
Requirements
- Four years of prior experience in a relevant field.
