Responsibilities

• Operate advanced plasma cutting machines to shape metal components according to engineering drawings.
• Set up and adjust machine parameters such as speed, power, and gas flow for optimal efficiency.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect produced components to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Document work, tracking material usage and machine performance.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
