About the position

The Plastics Manufacturing Associate at Min Plastics and Supply Inc. plays a crucial role in the production process by accurately measuring, cutting, routing, and finishing orders according to specific sales order specifications. This position is essential in ensuring that the products meet the high-quality standards that the company is known for since its inception in 1950. The associate will be responsible for producing quality work using the correct materials and ensuring that all orders are delivered without scratches, chips, or imperfections. This requires a thorough understanding of the company's products and their appropriate uses, as well as a commitment to delivering the best customer experience possible. In this role, the associate will demonstrate knowledge of products and their uses, utilize layouts to select suitable sheet sizes for orders, and return usable material and scrap to the appropriate bins. Meeting deadlines is critical, as is the ability to remain organized while juggling multiple jobs efficiently.
