Our team is passionate about delivering superior products and solutions to our clients, and we're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create compelling visual content for our marketing and branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging materials. This role requires collaboration with sales and product development teams to produce designs that enhance our brand identity and support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, digital ads, cart designs, and product labels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and industry standards.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual style.
• Create and optimize Cart designs that are visually appealing, functional, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Design engaging content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals.
• Work closely with the sales, customer service and scheduling team to understand project requirements and objectives, providing creative solutions that meet their needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure designs are current and innovative.
• Review and proofread designs to ensure accuracy and consistency, making revisions as necessary based on feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro InDesign).
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and constraints related to plastic products.
• Knowledge of MS 365 plus Visio (sketches) and Access (die database) is preferred but not required.
