The Platform Administrator is responsible to implement, configure, and provide production support for existing, new, and improved Sample Management platform functionality across our active client programs. This key player will work closely with the Client Services team, cross-functional business users, and IT to support new client on-boarding, feature releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ongoing to resolve technical or process concerns. While performing platform administration, this individual will also assist in transforming business requirements into platform configuration documentation/actionable steps, manage security roles, and support SOP, guidance, and training documentation. This is a full-time hybrid role based out of Lakewood, NJ.
