The interns will assist in developing a best-in-class innovation go to market framework leveraging proven customer strategies, tactics, and item level case studies of what works at each retailer. In addition, the interns will conduct customer specific data analysis mapping out optimal adjacent segments for growth, help identify points of difference Crayola can leverage for product development and evaluate competitive trends in each of those spaces to understand what the consumer expectation might be. Interns will work across a variety of segments to include toy, activities, kits, core tools, and compounds helping develop a comprehensive global assessment of each business, evaluate portfolio trends, identify performance drivers, and provide a strategic recommendation for optimal assortments by customer and region.
