About the position

Roku is changing how the world watches TV, and we are seeking a Platform Operations Coordinator to join our Platform Operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the quality and accuracy of content across the Roku platform, particularly focusing on the Roku Channel. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for capturing, evaluating, troubleshooting, and guiding global content-related issues. Your primary focus will be on verifying Roku Channel content, but you will also assess the condition of content across the broader Roku platform, including user experiences related to Search, Sports, and other Home Screen Menu products. The Platform Operations team takes a holistic approach to content management, collaborating with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Partner Management teams. In this multi-faceted role, the ability to adapt to shifting priorities is crucial. Your tasks will include working closely with our Quality Control (QC) pipeline, communicating with various stakeholders, and maintaining documentation to support global initiatives. Additionally, there will be a strong emphasis on automating processes to build a quality-first content ecosystem that scales with the expanding content sourced across Roku's various businesses. In this role, you will aggregate content issues flagged by stakeholders into comprehensive and actionable processes, providing data-driven insights for tooling enhancements. Supporting the Sports pipeline and ensuring accurate presentation of Roku Sports and Platform Sports will also be part of your responsibilities.
