Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely. This position is responsible for the strategic planning, delivery and continuous improvement of Information Technology services in support of business objectives. The role leads stakeholder engagement and manages internal and external resources across all phases of the Service Management lifecycle for the assigned services. This position will have direct resources and ownership of Consumer-Focused Platform Engineering strategy, design, operations and improvement.
