About the position

In Revenue and Ops, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams. This means a deep focus on taking new products to market and promoting and maximizing clients' usage and experience with existing products. We're currently seeking a dynamic Platform Solutions Consultant to join our vibrant Customer Success team in our New York office. In this role, you'll report directly to the VP of Customer Success US and play a pivotal part in empowering our clients' success. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize the utilization of Adform's tech-stack, enhancing media effectiveness and efficiency. As a Platform Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as the go-to expert on the Adform platform, offering technical guidance and acting as a key partner in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with existing clients, providing education, proactive support, and ensuring the best possible experience with Adform products. You will partner with Account Managers, Sales, and other Platform Solutions team members to provide technical and functional needs assessments to prospects and clients. You will manage your own book-of-business alongside an Account Management counterpart to ensure campaigns are successful and client needs are met. Acting as a tech advisor and consultant, you will meet with our clients to oversee market trends and requirements, educating them to utilize our platform in the best way. You will introduce new features, technical functionalities, and the best possible technical integration solutions. To become a strategic and technical powerhouse, you will learn about DSP, DMP, Ad Serving, & Reporting tech within Adform's full stack digital suite. You will create and maintain relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner and providing service from a technical and functional perspective. Participation in internal product-related feature discussions will be essential, as you advocate for customer and market needs accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Maximize the utilization of Adform's tech-stack to enhance media effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Serve as the go-to expert on the Adform platform, offering technical guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate closely with existing clients to provide education and proactive support.
  • Partner with Account Managers, Sales, and other team members to assess technical and functional needs of clients.
  • Manage a book-of-business alongside an Account Management counterpart to ensure successful campaigns.
  • Meet with clients to oversee market trends and educate them on utilizing the platform effectively.
  • Introduce new features and technical functionalities to clients.
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients, providing trusted service from a technical perspective.
  • Participate in internal product-related feature discussions and advocate for customer needs.

Requirements

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 4 years of relevant ad tech industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience operating in DSPs or Ad Servers; experience with Reporting, Attribution, or Data Analysis is a plus.
  • Understanding of HTML/5, JavaScript, and current tracking technologies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment across multiple regions.
  • Experience in account management, customer support, or consultancy.
  • Knowledge of recent market and industry trends.
