Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end product lifecycle management for impactful features.
• Utilize SQL, Python, Excel, Alteryx, and other business intelligence tools to analyze data and drive product decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, legal, and risk teams to define product requirements.
• Write compelling user stories and empathize with customers to represent their voice.
• Maintain a healthy backlog of substantive work.
• Understand system operations, including API specs and architecture diagrams.
• Champion agile methodologies and lead engineering teams using tools like Jira.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Two years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Experience with identifying technology systems and technical language, including API, Kafka, Get, and Post.
• Knowledge of financial domains, including compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to perform quantitative analysis using business intelligence tools.
• Experience in defining product strategy and driving improvements.
• Understanding and execution of agile methodology.
