About the position

iCapital is seeking a Platforms and Partner Marketing Lead to develop and execute strategies that enhance partner relationships and drive mutual growth. This role focuses on collaboration with various teams to create impactful co-marketing initiatives and manage key stakeholders in partner organizations, ultimately aiming to align marketing strategies with business goals and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement partnership marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Design, launch, and optimize co-marketing initiatives with partners, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
  • Bring an external perspective to inform strategies and enhance partner offerings and programs.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Monitor and analyze partner engagement and market trends to refine strategies and report on key metrics.
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop promotional materials, case studies, and thought leadership content that highlight partner success stories.
  • Work closely with RMs, Sales, Business Development, and other teams to ensure alignment on partnership objectives and leverage insights to enhance partner offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, partner and competitor activities to inform strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • 12+ years of related experience including 4+ years in partnership marketing, preferably within the fintech, tech, or wealth management industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an expertise for building relationships.
  • Proven success at marketing and execution planning.
  • Adept at building integrated marketing plans and campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines.
  • Direct experience interfacing with partners and a proven track record delivering growth and performance metrics.
  • Expertise landing and coordinating cross-discipline marketing programs, editorial, and sales enablement programs.
  • Experience launching new product, program or activity.
  • Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change and able to demonstrate agility and risk-taking.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $150,000 to $185,000.
