Player Development Manager (Casino is required)

About the position

The Manager, Player Development is a leadership role focused on enhancing team member growth and driving profitable business through high-value casino players. This position oversees the player development department's daily operations, collaborating with Executive Hosts, Hosts, and VIP Representatives, while also working closely with stakeholders within the brand and the Global Casino Marketing team. The manager is responsible for measuring Executive Host performance and developing initiatives to grow the casino player database.

Responsibilities

• Define, evaluate, and analyze success metrics for the Executive Host team.
• Report on player development spend and forecast numbers to the AVP, Global Casino Marketing.
• Participate in or drive guest focus groups, VIP surveys, and other feedback initiatives.
• Provide world-class guest service in a timely manner to guests and team members.
• Collaborate with the Global Casino Marketing team to identify opportunities for growing high-value guest penetration.
• Work with the Groups and Events team to create and optimize guest experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in player development or customer service.
• Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse team.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience with Konami Synkros preferred.
