About the position
The Players Club Representative at Table Mountain Casino is responsible for providing exceptional guest service to enhance loyalty to the casino's Player's Club. This role involves assisting guests with enrollment, maintaining customer databases, and promoting membership benefits while ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Responsibilities
- Effectively and accurately uses Patron Management software for enrolling new members and daily operations of the Player's Club.
- Promotes The Club membership.
- Welcomes and offers assistance to every guest at assigned and designated locations.
- Greets buses that arrive on property, providing accurate explanations of The Club and necessary bus information/packages.
- Identifies and establishes prospective players club members, thoroughly explaining the benefits of membership.
- Issues complimentary services and assists with redemption transactions according to casino guidelines.
- Participates in promotions, events, and sponsorships as needed.
- Maintains a thorough understanding of all casino promotions, giveaways, events, and general information.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by the Director of Human Resources.
- Six (6) months of one-on-one customer service experience utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills is desired.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Asian languages is a plus.
- Must be able to work Nights, Weekends, and Holidays.
