Responsibilities

• Programming, integrating, installing, and troubleshooting PLCs and other automated equipment.

• Assisting with automation capital equipment projects.
• Ensuring top performance of all automated equipment.
• Collaborating with other departments on controls and automation issues.
• Training maintenance personnel on PLCs and automation equipment troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Experience as an engineer or electrical supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting PLCs and other automated equipment.
• Team-based mentality with good communication skills.
• Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
• A four-year or two-year engineering degree is ideal but open to other qualifications.
