About the position

The Plex Business Systems Analyst II at Loc Performance is responsible for enhancing and configuring business applications to improve operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with user groups, functional managers, and project teams to identify system enhancements and solve organizational information problems. The analyst will provide support for operational modules, assist in technical development, and ensure effective utilization of business systems.

Responsibilities

• Support on functional aspects and help maintain custom components of Operation modules in the Business system.
• Assist team members by performing technical development work related to operational modules.
• Implement Business systems solutions for the operations area through providing functional designs.
• Provide routine production support through business solutions.
• Write and maintain user documentation; provide help desk support; train users.
• Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
• Consult with department managers to develop system solutions consistent with organizational objectives.
• Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures.
• Monitor overall Business System effectiveness and recommend potential improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Understanding of ERP and MRP systems is required.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of AS9100 and IS14001 standards.
