About the position

The Systems & Customer Success Manager at the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is a managerial role focused on overseeing the customer registration and project management systems for PLL Play. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with technical proficiency to manage the LeagueApps registration platform and Asana project management tool. The role also emphasizes customer satisfaction, ensuring that users of PLL Play's programs receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer success, and relevant software platforms, along with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the programming, maintenance, and management of the LeagueApps registration system for PLL Play programs.
  • Build, launch, manage, and service 200+ program registrations throughout the calendar year.
  • Manage customer accounts and program lifecycles, including customer requests, discount codes, and payment plans.
  • Interface with PLL Finance and Strategy teams regarding financial data and reporting.
  • Support the integration of LeagueApps software into PLLP's systems and business needs.
  • Build and launch workspace deliverable boards for 200+ events using Asana.
  • Facilitate program timelines and objectives through effective project management.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage all inbound customer service requests related to PLL Play programming.
  • Guide new customers through the registration process and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years' experience in a project management role, preferably in a sporting field.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with customer registration web technology.
  • Experience with Agile tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and demonstrate empathy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the youth sports landscape, particularly lacrosse.
