About the position

The PLM Program Manager will oversee and manage the implementation of the company's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, specifically focusing on PTC Windchill. This strategic role is essential for ensuring that the PLM infrastructure is robust, secure, and effectively supports business operations as the company transitions to a standalone entity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of PTC Windchill PLM systems.
• Lead PLM initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Manage the integration of PLM systems with other enterprise applications.
• Implement and manage a suite of engineering tools and services to support the product development and operations teams.
• Ensure the availability and scalability of development, testing, and deployment environments.
• Lead the adoption of best practices and tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency within the PLM framework.
• Provide thought leadership in evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and align PLM solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Program management.
• Experience in managing PLM systems, specifically PTC Windchill.
• Experience in PLM best practices, cloud computing, and data management.
• Experience in High-Tech industry processes and business requirements.
• Experience in leading and managing a diverse and global PLM team.
