As a PLM Technician II at Enbridge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational reliability of our pipeline systems while contributing to environmental protection. This full-time position involves performing high-value, high-risk work associated with routine pipeline maintenance and open system hot work on all mainline piping, terminal, and station facilities. You will be responsible for providing effective assistance in emergency response situations, including containment, repair, and cleanup, as well as taking preventative actions to avert potential incidents related to abnormal right-of-way conditions. Your responsibilities will include performing various types of pipeline repairs, such as emergency repairs and stopples, in accordance with company procedures and manuals. You will need to understand and comply with all safety requirements related to pipeline maintenance duties. You will be working in both field and office environments, managing multiple projects, emergency response operations, and adapting to changing work priorities and conditions. Quick decision-making under intense conditions is often required, and you will need to work independently with minimal day-to-day direction.
