About the position

As a Specialist in Data Engineering at LTIMindtree, you will play a crucial role in leveraging your expertise in PLSQL and database management to support our clients in their digital transformation journeys. Your primary focus will be on understanding and implementing relational database concepts, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing performance across various database systems. You will be responsible for designing and developing database objects, including stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, views, and materialized views, to meet the specific needs of our clients. In this role, you will utilize your strong SQL analytical skills to identify data quality issues and their root causes, ensuring that our data solutions are robust and reliable. You will also be involved in performance optimization, employing indexing and partition strategies to enhance query performance. Your hands-on experience with advanced PLSQL bulk operations and SQL Loader will be essential in executing complex data manipulation tasks efficiently. Additionally, you will analyze Oracle Database AWR and ADDM reports to troubleshoot performance issues, assisting in the execution and analysis of integration, user acceptance, and performance testing. Your ability to review and analyze test case results will ensure that functionality meets documented requirements. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines will be beneficial as you collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential as you will be working independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality data engineering solutions.

• Assist in the execution analysis of integration, user acceptance, and performance testing.
• Review, analyze, and test case results to ensure functionality meets the documented requirement.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Bitbucket, and DevOps exposure for CI/CD pipelines and RLM process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and strong communication skills, verbal and written.
