About the position

The Service and Repair Plumber position at our established plumbing company in San Marcos involves overseeing daily operations, managing service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is designed for an experienced service plumber or someone with prior management experience in a plumbing service environment, focusing on leadership, customer relations, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling and dispatching service calls and plumbers.
• Resolve customer service issues to ensure high satisfaction and timely completion of service requests.
• Track and analyze service performance to ensure jobs are completed accurately and billed on time.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the plumbing team, ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed.
• Build strong relationships with customers, responding to concerns and resolving any issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to check on job progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Hold routine safety meetings and support plumbers' growth and development.
• Maintain a fleet of company vehicles, ensuring they receive regular maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a service plumber with a proven track record of quality work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
