The City of Henderson is seeking a qualified Plumber to join the Department of Public Works. This position involves installing, repairing, replacing, and maintaining plumbing equipment, mechanical systems, fixtures, and piping in various City buildings and facilities. The role requires working under general supervision and performing related duties as assigned. The successful candidate will be part of a team that ensures the plumbing systems within the city are functioning efficiently and effectively. This recruitment is limited to the first 100 qualified external applications, and the eligibility list created may be used to fill future vacancies for up to six months to one year, depending on employment status. Candidates must be prepared to undergo a rigorous selection process, which includes a performance examination and a structured selection interview. The assessment will evaluate the candidates' job-related education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
