About the position
We are seeking experienced Journeyman and Apprentice commercial plumbers to join our team in McAllen, TX. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial plumbing experience and possess the necessary licenses and qualifications to perform plumbing installations and repairs in compliance with building codes.
Responsibilities
- Installs pipes, sinks, traps, washbowls, toilet fittings, drains, special laboratory sinks, and drain tables.
- Repairs and maintains valves, faucets, traps, sinks, and vents.
- Connects hot water heaters, gas heaters, and furnaces and tests for safety.
- Repairs sewer pipes and unstops clogged lines.
- Performs minor carpentry, digging, and cleanup duties related to the assignment.
- Assembles and installs plumbing systems according to specifications and building codes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 5 years minimum of commercial field experience.
- JM/AE TDLR License preferred.
- Must have 2 valid forms of ID.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
- Current resume with work experience.
