Responsibilities

  • Detail and model plumbing and piping systems using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Manage workload independently and maintain project and fabrication schedules.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and drafting standards accurately.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure BIM coordination and integration with other systems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of HVAC pipe detailing/modeling experience.
  • Certification from a recognized Revit training facility is preferred.
  • Familiarity with sheet metal and plumbing systems is desired.
  • Knowledge of structural steel and construction as it applies to drawing and modeling a building.
  • Ability to manage workload under own initiative and maintain project schedules.
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent knowledge of blueprint reading and drafting standards.
